A crucial part of being a coach relates to the fact that they should listen to the players and be ready to listen to their concerns.

If you are not able to devote them time, they can get disheartened. If you express your pleasure over something good that the kids do, they will be inspired to perform even better. Rather than focusing too much on their mistakes and shortcomings, you can show them how to minimize them by helping them overcome these.
